**NOTICE OF SOLICITATION HOLD- Who understand the legal implications and framework with regards to the telecommunication industry and will provide expertise to guide the Utah Broadband Center (UBC) on the administration, compliance, monitoring, and subgrantee contracting for the federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. Responders must note that there are standards and specifications required by the Utah Department of Transportation that must be followed.
