    Invitation for Bid (IFB) UDOT- Liquid Asphalt Oil Region 3 Solicitation # UDOT260236CN This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide Liquid asphalt to the specified locations.This contract will result in a one year contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.Product must be delivered to the specified locations before 5/21/2026.Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation NumberThe UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 3 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
