    The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, will receive sealed bids from contractors electronically via the Jaggaer Sourcing Director online bidding tool. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. Legally Prevailing Time in Athens, Georgia on 07/17/2026 for the construction of the UGA Blueberry Research Frost Protection, Irrigation, and Fertigation Systems located in Alapaha, GA. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on 06/25/2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the UGA Alapaha Blueberry Research Farm, Alapaha GA 31622. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, for the successful completion of the aforementioned project.
