    Description

    The purpose of this Solicitation and any resultant contract(s) is to provide Authorized Users (State and Non-State Agencies) with a means to procure Ultra-Low Sulfur (ULS) Diesel and Biodiesel fuel by bulk delivery for on-road use only. The product shall be Contractor furnished, delivered, and unloaded. For Ultra-Low Sulfur (ULS) Diesel and Biodiesel, it is the State’s intent to award contracts by item based on lowest price to responsive and responsible Bidders who can meet the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. Detailed information on the procurement process is set forth in the Method of Award section of the bid solicitation. The overall MWBE participation goals are 0-10% (0% M and 0-10% W) for certain counties only. Refer to section 6.22 (IV) Contract Goals, of the bid solicitation for a complete listing of MWBE participating goals for each county. Please be sure to work with the NYS OGS Office of Business Diversity for assistance in completing and submitting an MWBE Utilization Plan when required. There are no SDVOB goals for this Solicitation. An Intent to Bid is required. Refer to Section 1.5 Intent to Bid, of the solicitation for a list of required documents and Section 1.4 Key Events/Dates for the Intent to Bid due date. Reminder that this IFB is in a restricted period, and all inquiries must be addressed to the designated contracts listed in the IFB document. All bid documents and attachments will be available for viewing and downloading at: https://ogs.ny.gov/procurement/bid-opportunities Submission of responses by a vendor to a Solicitation that does not account for updated information may result in its Bid/offer being deemed non-responsive and rejected for consideration.
