This is a continuous procurement solicitation listing to be renewed upon expiry. Solicitation for vendor qualifications are accepted on a continuous basis. Oil procurement shall be made on a spot basis as an when Oil inventory needs to be replenished. Request for proposals will be issued separately to NYPA qualified & approved Oil Bidders with the required delivery terms. Seller must include delivery window on their proposals. Interested firms are required to have proven financial track records, documented history & experience dealing with ULSD and must comply with NYPA's contractual requirements. Suppliers must have good/clean rights and title to sell such oil and must provide its financial capability to complete the transactions.
