    Description

    A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of twelve thousand five hundred ($12,500) dollars shall accompany the sealed bid (separately if submitting response online) of each bidder. Bidder agrees to forfeit bid deposit to the City of Edmond, should their bid be accepted and the Contract be awarded to him and he fails to enter into a Contract in the form prescribed and to furnish the required bonds and evidence of insurance, naming EPWA as additional insured, within fifteen (15) days. Otherwise the bid deposit shall be returned to the successful bidder upon the signing of the Contract and delivery of the approved bonds and evidence of insurance to the City of Edmond. Deposits shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting. All inquiries need to submitted via the online bidding system before 2:00 p.m. on may 20, 2026, in case an Addendum is necessary. All unit pricing shall include labor with the exception of Hand Digging where equipment cannot be used.
