The selected firm must demonstrate expertise in both tax-exempt and taxable land secured financings and possess a strong understanding of the Community Facilities Act as well as current market conditions affecting CFD and Assessment District (AD) bonds.The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for an initial term of one-year (12-month) for Underwriter Services. The City will evaluate and determine the need for ongoing services and at the City’s option the agreement will include four (4) one-year options to renew.
