The City is soliciting proposal packets from professional companies experienced and qualified to perform Underwriting Services for the City of La Mesa. Interested and qualified companies who have demonstrated their ability at providing comparable services are invited to submit proposals.This request is to establish part of a Debt Financing Team to assist with the issuance of debt including, but not limited to, the issuance or refunding of bonds. The Debt Financing Team would consist of a Financial Advisor, Bond Counsel, and Underwriter. Agreements for these services may have terms up to, but not exceed, 10 years and are subject to review after four years.Qualified companies are invited to submit an online proposal to the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026.
