The selected EPC Contractor shall provide a complete, operable, and fully integrated facility in accordance with the technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and performance guarantees identified in the solicitation documents.CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION:1. Mandatory Meeting – JobwalkThere will be a mandatory meeting and jobwalk to follow which will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., Local Time, at the El Centro Generating Station Training Room located at 485 E. Villa Avenue, El Centro, California 92243, see page 6 for map and directions. Firms planning to attend should confirm their attendance with Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent via email to purchasing@iid.com. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (See attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending.2.
