Contractor shall prepare work order proposals for Owner’s approval based on bid unit pricing and agreed upon schedules for all work requested by the Owner. Owner will authorize work orders for acceptable proposals. The initial term of the contract is 2 years, and the contract contains provisions for renewal for up to a total duration of 5 consecutive years. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:00am at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant, located at 17403 Central Blvd., Jupiter, FL 33458 within the Utilities Administration Conference Room.
