    Description

    Project Description: This project consists of constructing ADA curb ramps and associated curbs and sidewalks. Typical work to include traffic control, surveying, pavement and sidewalk removal, sawcutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, placing and finish concrete work, detectable warning plates, Pedestrian Pushbutton Assembly, storm drainage, HMA and roadway cement concrete paving, channelization, landscaping, installation of speed humps, and traffic sign installation or relocation.


    The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $200,000, as defined in Section 1-01.3. The Work will be assigned by Work Packages. Each Work Package will specify the scope of work and must be performed as specified in the Contract and the Work Package details. For the purpose of the Bidder/Subcontractor List, this project includes electrical work and rebar installation.

    Contract Amount: The Contract amount is Not to Exceed $4,000,000

    Contract Duration: The Contract duration is for a period of 1 year with the option to extend to a 2nd year starting from the date of the first NTP issued against the first Work Package or until the date that the total payment requested meets the Not to Exceed award amount, whichever is earlier.

    Project Location: Project locations will be throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Work Package issued after the Contract is executed.
