Space will be provided in “as-is” condition and any Licensee improvements shall require prior Licensor written approval. Any costs associated with Licensee improvements shall be the sole responsibility of Licensee. The space provided is intended for cellular communication equipment only. Distributed Antenna System (DAS) equipment is strictly prohibited. Additional requirements and/or limitations are detailed in the attached License Agreement (Exhibit A). Any requested revisions to the License Agreement must be submitted with proposal.
Timing:
Licensee occupancy on or about July 1, 2026
Rooftop Tour Date:
Interested Licensees shall have the opportunity to tour the rooftop space on the date and time listed below. This tour will begin promptly at the designated time and late attendees will not be provided access once the tour begins.

The location of Bartram and Carr Hall is detailed in Section C of the documentation.
