Dependent upon the nature of these funding applications, submission of either a Feasibility Study or ancillary Technical Studies might be required. Consultant may develop Title XVI Feasibility Studies that evaluate specific Water Reuse or Desalination projects and general programs for Water Reuse within Santa Clara County.The agreement awarded under this RFP will be funded by a grant Valley Water received from the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation). Consultant will agree to adhere to such applicable Federal Contract Provisions.
