The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay “PennBID” a fee of 1/3 of 1% of the contract value for fixed fee contracts, and 1/6 of 1% of the contract value for termed contracts/ There is a minimum award fee of $150 and is capped at $6,000 (+ tax) of the contract award value.Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000.Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
