    Description

    Collier County Landscape Operations is looking to restore irrigation and landscaping on US41 East at Barefoot Williams Eagle Lake Park Intersection.

    The scope includes restoration of irrigations zone and valves, sprinklers heads, and the pulling of electrical zone wires through existing sleeve from median tip to median tip. This also includes the reshaping of the median profile, planting of trees, palms, shrubs, and groundcovers. The installation of mulch and all related work is described in the plans produced by McGee & Associates, Landscape Architects.

    The bid shall be made lump sum with all landscape and irrigation materials, installation, and labor included as well as MOT/TTC materials and setup required.

    Locates shall be called in by the awarded contractor to sunshine 811 prior to digging. All invoices must not exceed quotation given.

    Schedule of work and parts required will be included in the scope of work.

    The Contractor shall provide a working set of redlined drawings to be added to our as-built drawings.
