Albany County Fire District #1 (ACFD1) in Laramie, WY is accepting proposals for up to two (2) USED (Secondary-Market) FIREFIGHTING WATER TENDERS under this RFP of the following General Specifications: *Tender 'A': 2000 Gallon Tactical Type 1 (NWCG) water tender, 4x4, diesel, auto, pump & roll, 250gpm@150psi *Tender 'B': 3000+ Gallon Support Type 2/1 water tender, 4x4, diesel, auto, pump & roll 750gpm@150psi Detailed apparatus specifications, preferred options and RFP terms are in the attached RFP document: ACFD1 Used Tenders RFP 12092025 final.pdf Apparatus must be delivered by April 30, 2026 with current pump test and safety inspection This RFP closes December 23, 2026 @ 1700 MST ACFD1 also notices and reserves the right to purchase up to two (2) tenders for each RFP on the open market if no suitable proposals are received. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any irregularities, technicalities or informalities and accept any proposal if such action is believed to be in the best interest of the District.
