    Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Comprehensive Systemwide Dining Management & Catering Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (the State Entity) and participating campuses, as further described in this eRFP. The University System of Georgia (USG) is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive Dining Management Services for multiple institutions across the state. This procurement will establish a single, systemwide enabling contract to support residential dining, retail operations, catering, and related food service programs.
