    LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF LIMA, OHIO UTILITY BILLING ENVELOPES Bids will be received in a sealed envelope, marked “UTILITY BILLING ENVELOPES” to the Auditor of the City of Lima, attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 o’clock a.m., Lima Time, on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Purchasing Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. Outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified.
