    The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”) owns a 20 million gallon per day (“MGD”) annual average daily flow (“AADF”) Water Resource Recovery Facility (“WRRF”), which is operated by Reedy Creek Energy Services (“RCES”), as well as a Solid Waste Transfer Station (“SWTS”), to which both facilities are located at South Service Lane, Lake Buena Vista, FL. Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools to perform tank cleaning, wet well cleaning, hydro excavation, line jetting cleanout, decontamination services and environmental cleanup for the facilities that are in the South Service Area (“SSA”), as requested by the District including, but not limited to the following:

    A. Provide equipment suitable to remove sewage, grease sediment, and all other debris.

    B. Remove equipment suitable to operate in confined space environments.

    C. Provide equipment suitable for decontamination services relating to Sanitary Sewer Spill or Overflows (“SSO”).

    D. Provide equipment operators trained to perform the applicable services.

    E. Provide all equipment and supplies for meeting all safety requirements.

    F. Provide all equipment to diagnose and remove any and all obstructions, jetting, and line clearing. 

    G. Dispose of all contaminated material at location off property, including but not limited to temporary storage, if required. 

    H. Contractor must indicate within their submittal what facility they are using for disposal. 

    I. CCTV/Video Inspection, as needed.

    OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications for all field personnel working at District facilities.
