    Washington State University Vancouver is looking to complete development of an existing well to supply campus irrigation water. Recent work has included the installation of electrical and irrigation supply piping to the wellhead. Currently, irrigation supply to the campus is provided via four connections to the Clark Public Utilities potable water line that runs through the University campus. Well improvements will provide a pressurized non-potable water supply to existing and future irrigation zones on campus within the allowable water rights. Contract Time shall be 120 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.
