Line Matrix – Small changeable Message Sign (Trailer Mounted) 10. Line Matrix – Mid-size Changeable Message Sign (Trailer Mounted) 11. Variable Message Signs (VMS) as part of #29023 Illumination, Transportation, and Traffic Systems are fixed electronic signs installed along roadways either on the road shoulder or on an overhead sign structure and are not mobile.
