    This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals from prospective vendors for Vehicle Collision and Body Repair Services for Clay County, Missouri Goverment in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. While this solicitation constitutes a need, Clay County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, without clarification. Clay County is soliciting requests for Proposals from qualified automotive collision repair facilities to provide vehicle body repair services for County-owned vehicles on an as-needed basis. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with qualified vendor(s) for the repair of vehicle damage resulting from motor vehicle accidents, deer strikes, hail damage, vandalism, falling objects, and other physical damage losses. The resulting contract will provide a Commission-approved purchasing mechanism for vehicle repair services and ensure compliance with Missouri purchasing statutes and County Purchasing policies. All Questions Due by Monday July 13, 2026. All Questions will be ANSWERED by Addendum after the Question Period Ends.
