The Vendor Outreach & Resource Opportunity will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Mercola Market, 125 Southwest 3rd Place. This event provides vendors an opportunity to learn more about the City’s procurement process, registration requirements and upcoming contract opportunities while connecting directly with the people they may work with in the future. Representatives from the City’s Finance Department and other City departments will be available to answer questions and help vendors navigate the process of doing business with Cape Coral. Topics covered during the event include: • How to Register as an Approved Vendor: Step-by-step guidance on becoming an approved vendor and accessing City contracts. • Key Procurement Policies and Procedures: An overview of essential procurement guidelines and regulations. • Upcoming Contract Opportunities: Insight into current and future projects, contracts, and bidding opportunities. • Networking with City Department Representatives: A chance to connect directly with City officials to build relationships and better understand the vendor partnership process.
