Contract Term: 5 years Any purchases resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New York State Appendix A and the terms and conditions of the CUNY Purchase Order and/or a CUNY agreement. The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation. The restricted period has begun. Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be directed to the Designated Contacts identified below. Communication with respect to this public solicitation initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor to anyone other than the Designated Contacts may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
