Bid documents will be available beginning March 12, 2026, at the Town of Yarmouth website: https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the Bid Price is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 50% Labor and Materials Payment Bond. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. This procurement is conducted in accordance with M.G.L. c.30, §39M. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities if it is in the best interest of the Town.
