Furnish and install site furnishings, including picnic tables, and benches Furnish and install landscaping, including lawn establishment. Excavation for and installation of building foundation and building slab. Furnish and install pavilion. Grading as required for building construction. Add Alternate #1: Construction of bathrooms, janitorial closet, and mechanical room. Work to include, but not limited to, connecting to base bid utilities and construction of walls. Add Alternate #2: Construction of kitchen space, including all walls, windows, fixtures, finishes and tying into base bid utilities.
