    Sheldon Oak Central Inc. (SOC) seeks bids for General Contractor Construction Services in connection with rehabilitation construction activities at Vine Rehoboth residential community, consisting of five (5) buildings on two (2) properties. SOC will review qualifications and then select the lowest responsible qualified bidder based on the services and information below in the RFP Packet and related materials available by request. Services may include, but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing renovations, window and door replacement, accessibility improvements, kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior site repair and improvements (roof, walkways, parking areas), project coordination with developer, architect, property manager and others, attend site visits, conduct meetings, submit and oversee permit applications, coordinate with the City of Hartford as needed
