Services may include, but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing renovations, window and door replacement, accessibility improvements, kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior site repair and improvements (roof, walkways, parking areas), project coordination with developer, architect, property manager and others, attend site visits, conduct meetings, submit and oversee permit applications, coordinate with the City of Hartford as needed (Building, Zoning, Fire Safety and Health Codes).
