    Description

    The Department of Insurance is looking for a vendor able to provide actuarial service for the Workers' Compensation Fund pursuant to G.S. 58-87-10. Prior to the completion of the funding study, the Vendor shall also conduct a loss reserve analysis of the Fund. A loss reserve analysis is an actuarial evaluation that estimates the amount of money the Fund must set aside to pay for future claims arising from past incidents.
