The Enabling Package consists of demolition, electrical utility rerouting, site communications rerouting, earthwork, and civil utility rerouting, in preparation for a new 86,089 SF Science Building. The remainder of the work for the new Science Building will be bid later.The BPH Bid Manual and Trade Package Scope of Work Attachment II documents will be released no later than 5/1/2026.The 100% DDs are to be used for pricing. We anticipate receiving an Early Release Package from the Design Team on 5/1/2026, which will be issued as an Addendum or Bid Supplement to provide additional detail related to the work to be performed.While letterhead proposals are welcome, please be sure to complete the bid form provided on Building Connected at a minimum and attach your letterhead proposal if needed. This includes clearly responding to all Building Connected questions and providing any Subcontract/Scope markups at the time of bid.This project will be led by Stephen Morgan (Project Director) and Jorge Franco (General Superintendent) during Construction. We anticipate mobilization for the Enabling Package on 7/6/2026. A detailed Construction Schedule and Logistics Plan will be released later for review by bidders.Pre-Bid/ HUB Outreach MeetingA combined Pre-Bid Meeting and HUB/MWBE Trade Contractor Outreach will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local time at the TCC Offsite District Multipurpose Center in room 1301-C. The TCC ODMC is located at 5450 N Riverside Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 76137. After a review of the project and bidding requirements, a site visit will be conducted at the NE campus project site, located at 828 W Harwood Rd., Hurst, Texas 76054. Although this meeting is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that all interested bidders attend and are responsible for all information discussed at the meeting.
