Contractors outside of NYS must be able to provide documentation showing equivalent license for their facility/facilities from the applicable State Authority; NYS Contractors must have a passing score for their facility/facilities from the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets. Contractors outside of NYS must be able to provide documentation showing equivalent approval for their facility/facilities from the applicable State Authority; Bidder must have a pest management system in place at their facility/facilities and provide proof of such upon bid submission; The receiving and storage location(s) for USDA Foods must be owned by the Contractor and provide proof of such upon bid submission; Bidder’s facility/facilities must, at a minimum, have storage capacities as listed below for dry, chilled, and frozen storage environments. Additionally, the storage capacity listed below must only be available for the commodities required by this solicitation: 12,000 square feet of dry storage 5,000 square feet of chilled storage; and 12,000 square feet of frozen storage F. Bidder facility/facilities must be located in close proximity to the counties included in Region G or provide proof of prior experience and ability to provide delivery services to each facility within Region G.
