Stat. § 13.03. This RFI should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI. Information submitted in response to this RFI will become property of the State of Minnesota. Following the RFI process, the State intends to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of awarding a contract with an initial one-year term and the option to extend annually for up to five (5) years total. The estimated value of USDA Donated Foods for the 2027–2028 school year is approximately $15 million. This estimate is provided for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as either a minimum or maximum guarantee of contract volume or value.
