Washington County Housing Study & Residential Growth Strategy

Gateway Development Corporation is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive Washington County Housing & Residential Growth Strategy. The selected consultant will conduct a countywide assessment of current and future housing needs, analyze market conditions and demographic trends, engage community stakeholders, identify opportunities for residential development and redevelopment, and develop an implementation-focused strategy to support workforce housing, housing affordability, and long-term economic growth. The study area includes Washington County and its incorporated communities. The solicitation includes a required base scope of services and separately priced bid alternates for infrastructure capacity analysis, GIS-based development opportunity mapping, implementation and funding tools, and an interactive housing data dashboard. Qualified firms with demonstrated experience in housing studies, community planning, economic development, and public engagement are encouraged to submit proposals.
