If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. SITE VISIT. Responders are encouraged, but not required, to visit MCF Rush City located at 7600 525th St., Rush City, MN 55069. Site visits, if requested, should be completed prior to March 31, 2026. SITE VISIT REQUEST. Any responder who wishes to make a site visit will need to complete Attachment F - Admittance Authorization forms (labeled Security Check: Contractors, Construction Workers, Repair Personnel and Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) Intent to Collect Private and Confidential Data Photographs/Visual Images) and return it to Cory Swenson at cory.a.swenson@state.mn.us (320) 358-0452 at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled visit and no later than March 27, 2026. Any responder who fails to complete the Admittance Authorization form will not be granted access to the facility.
