EO 22 Section VIII. “Reducing Waste” mandates that Affected Entities create a Waste Diversion Plan to increase waste diversion rates by 10% over five years and includes a requirement that every facility managed by the Affected Entity will have a Comprehensive Audit performed at least once over the five-year period covered by the Plan.
