Any proposals received after the established deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered. Physical proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding technical specifications clarification or interpretation of this RFP must be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com//oconeecounty and shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on May 11, 2026.
