    This is a Request for Proposals (RFP). View the full Request for Proposals - Wastewater Facilities Maintenance, Repairs, and On-Call Emergency Response Services The following is a summary only and does not replace the full Request for Proposals. The City of Chino Hills' Sewer System has eight (8) wastewater facilities which may occasionally require electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs to pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment. This project is to provide annual maintenance, repairs, and on-call emergency response services for the City of Chino Hills' wastewater facilities on an on-call, as-needed, time-and-materials basis for a period of three (3) years with the option for two additional single year extensions. The City's intent is to enter into a contract with one to two contractors for the provision of these services on an as-needed basis. The contractor shall possess State of California Contractor's Licenses "C-10" and "C-34". The City expects that the total contract value will be a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 per year. Any and all performance pursuant to this contract shall be on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis. Some services may include, but are not limited to, on-call services to provide maintenance and repairs to pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment at wastewater facilities throughout the City, and the furnishing of parts and labor in conjunction with such work. All work and general conditions shall be performed in accordance with the current Standard specifications for Public Works construction (the Green Book).
