    ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, CITY OF OGDENSBURG, NEW YORK WASTEWATER PUMP STATION REHABILITATION Sealed Bids for Contract No. 3 of the construction of the Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation project for the City of Ogdensburg, NY, will be received by the City Comptroller in their office at 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 until 11:00 am local time on March 24, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. If mailed, the sealed bid shall be received by the City on or before the date and time as stated. Separate sealed bids will be received for the following contracts: Contract No. 3 – Heating, Ventilating and Plumbing. The City previously awarded Contract Nos. 1 and 2. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for Contract No. 3. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
