    The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent” or “Contractor”, to provide all equipment, material, and labor necessary to supply and deliver Municipal wastewater grinder lift station cleaning services and wastewater service line cleaning services. The City is procuring the services as described herein for the benefit of the public. The City requests the successful Respondent to consider the City as a customer of priority and shall make its best effort to provide the City the requested services in as timely a manner as possible with the upmost regard to environmental concerns.
