The Wastewater Treatment Facility (Facility) is located at 104 North 7th Street and has a design capacity for an average daily flow of 1.0 million gallons per day (MGD). It utilizes a Modified Luczack-Ettinger (MLE) process for Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) followed by a Denitrification and Phosphorus Removal Continuous Up Flow Sand Filter for Enhance Nutrient Removal (ENR).
