A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at 2301 West 1st Street, Craig, Colorado 81625. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to be eligible to submit a bid. Bids: No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bid without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of at least 60 days following the scheduled bid opening. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified contractors that have demonstrated relevant experience and the requirements included in the Bidder's Qualifiction Statement. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required and must accompany the bidder's bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award.
