    The City must receive the signed proposal by 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT), on April 29, 2026 to be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and to accept the proposal deemed best suited to its needs. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WHERE SPECIFIC BRAND NAMES OR MODELS ARE SPECIFIED. Materials list and submittal forms are attached. Materials are grouped in the following sections: Section 1: Ford Parts Section 2: Tyler Parts Section 3: Romac Parts Section 4: Fernco Couplings Section 5: Fire Hydrant/Valves Section 6: Pipe/Electrical Components Section 7: Meter Pit Supplies Vendors may bid on all or individual sections; however, each section bid must be complete. Failure to bid on all items in a section will void the bid quote for that section. If bid items, excluding any noted exceptions, are not delivered by the “Firm Delivery Date” indicated at the bottom of each bid section the City reserves the right to cancel the order for those bid items.
