All Bids will be virtually released at 2:00 p.m. on that date and available to view on the website. Released bid information does not constitute any award has been made.
Project description:
This project involves the bulk delivery and loading of fuel storage tanks at any and all of the following locations within Allegany County, MD, and Bedford County, PA:
· Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) – 400 East Offutt Street Ext, Cumberland, MD
· Cumberland Water Treatment Plant (WFP) – Lake Gordon Road, Bedford, PA
Additionally, the supply of propane to the WFP.
The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
