• Introduction / Project Summary —

  The Airport is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) for SFO’s Water Perimeter Security Zone Buoy System (“System”) maintenance and repair services (“Services”). The System provides a visual barrier delineating the RESTRICTED AREA – KEEP OUT zone around the airport shoreline. The existing System is comprised of twenty-two (22) buoys located 200 yards from the shoreline around the entire Airport spanning approximately five (5) miles. Since the system’s installation in 2004, maintenance inspections and repairs have been conducted on the anchoring hardware and buoy system.
