Provide and install SWPPP devices, provide and install trench safety system, provide and install 12-inch DIP water line by open cut, provide and install 12-inch C-900 PVC water line by open cut, provide and install 12-inch C-900 PVC water line with centralizers inside a 20-inch steel casing by trenchless installation, provide and install 12-inch by 12-inch tapping sleeve and valve (TS&V) with valve box, provide and install 12-inch wet connection, provide and install 12-inch gate valve with box, spot repair and topcoat discharge piping disinfection of 12-inch water line, bacteriological testing, replace disturbed gravel driveway and site restoration.
