Estimated working days per site are as follows: AEP (20), W-6 (20), B-8 (25), B-12 (30), W-34 (25). If submitting cash, cashier’s or certified check, it must be delivered to the Public Works Department by the bid closing time. If submitting a bid bond, a copy must be attached as part of your proposal in Planet Bids. If the proposer is using a bid bond, please submit it in File 1 of your response (pg. 10). Upon award, the selected vendor will need to furnish the original bid bond to the Public Works Department. The Prime Contractor must have a valid California State Contractor's License with a classification of "A" or “C33”.a. Special Notices: DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH A THIRD PARTY OTHER THAN PLANETBIDS. BIDDERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE CITY OF POMONA'S "PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS LIST" ON PLANETBIDS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS BID.
