The City retains the right to negotiate with the next lowest bidder if the vendor cannot supply parts in the time specified or in an emergency.The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:- Minimum of five (5) years of continuous experience in MCC and programmable logic control (PLC) in-house fabrication.- Experience with municipal and/or water/wastewater facilities.- References for at least three (3) successfully completed projects of similar scope and fee in the last five (5) years.The successful bidder must be able to provide the following support services:- Cabinet design support and configuration coordination with the City’s design engineer.- Regional service presence (within 50 miles) for commissioning support and troubleshooting services.- Provide O&M manuals.- Repair and upgrade services. Notes: The contract period shall be for two (2) years commencing upon approval by the City of Pomona City Council.
