The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry input that will help the City: • Identify omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, or unnecessary requirements; • Confirm that the proposed scope and specifications are complete, constructible, and consistent with current industry standards and practices; • Identify required work, permitting, testing, coordination, sequencing, and performance requirements that should be addressed; and • Develop a clear and competent scope of work and specifications for a potential future competitive solicitation.
