This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.
