The United Nations Development Corporation “UNDC”, a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all material, labor, and oversight for water treatment services for the cooling towers at One and Two United Nations Plaza as outlined in specifications to be provided by UNDC’s water treatment consultant, in accordance with all applicable laws in New York City and New York State including Local Law 159 of 2025. One and Two UN Plaza are Class A, mixed-use, high-rise commercial office buildings located in east midtown Manhattan. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The contractor will provide the services under separate contracts for One and Two UN Plaza. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field Authorized to do business in New York State Liability insurance of $5,000,000 A resume of current assignments at comparable buildings in New York City A New York State-licensed professional engineer Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information. The due date for submission of qualifications via e-mail, regular mail, courier or personal delivery is July 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
